Diego Lomelí

Diego Lomelí was born in Guadalajara, Jal. México in 1989. During his Master studies in 2016 in chemistry he worked with chiral gold nanopaparticles in aqueous media and molecular recognition under the supervison of Dr. Sara Cortes and Dr. Adalberto Zamudio in University of Guadalajara (UdG), México. He obtained his undergraduated studies in 2015. Once he completed the project, he kept working in the same group and in 2016, he started the PhD thesis, which focuses on the synthesis of silver, gold and copper nanoparticles with non spherical shapes and supported on Graphene oxide. He joined the research group of Dr. Cyril Godard and Prof. Carmen Claver at the Rovira i Virgili University in September 2017 as a doctoral stay, working on the synthesis of nickel and copper nanoparticles for its applications in catalytic processes
